Ayo Maff

Ayomide Mafoluku Ayodele, born 18 July 2005 in Somolu, Lagos State, Nigeria, emerged as a singer and songwriter under the stage name Ayo Maff. He began his musical journey in his hometown, where early exposure to local sounds shaped his style, and released his first single "Jama Jama" in 2023. Ayo Maff’s breakthrough came with the 2024 single "Dealer" featuring Fireboy DML, which topped several Nigerian charts and accumulated over 2.5 million views by early 2025. He followed with the EP Maffian on 15 August 2024, a seven‑track project that included the hit "Last Week". In 2025, he issued the studio album Prince of the Street, further cementing his presence in the world‑music scene. His releases have consistently charted within the top ten of national singles charts, and his collaborations with prominent artists have broadened his audience across Africa and beyond. In 2025, the single "Tension" reached number 45 on the US Afrobeats chart.
