O.C.T., for On Company Time, are a British comedy vocal trio best known for their incisively observant, harmonically polished songs depicting office life, bureaucracy and the petty absurdities of modern work. Blending tight three-part vocals with dry, understated humor, they straddle the line between pop pastiche and satirical sketch, forging a cult reputation on radio and stand-up stages for making the 9-to-5 daily grind both ridiculous and strangely musical. By 2023, the trio of Vinny Locasto, Luke Pappalardo and Peter Pappalardo were making a name for themselves with their sketchy synthpop songs, particularly "Half Horse Half Man", which peaked at No. 84 in the UK singles chart in 2025, before the release a year later of the album On Company Time, which reached No. 66 in the downloads chart.
