Motopony

Motopony, a Seattle-based alt-psych band, was formed by singer and musician Daniel Blue following his mother's death. The band released their self-titled debut album in 2009. They gained media attention through features on Tacoma's Weekly Volcano and Seattle’s public radio station KEXP-FM. Motopony released the EP, Idle Beauty, in 2014 and their second full-length album, Welcome You, in 2015. The band has performed at festivals such as SXSW, India's NH-7 Weekender, and Bumbershoot. The band also released the EP, Naked at the Abbey, in 2015. Motopony has continued developing new material, including a collaboration with the electronic group Pegboard Nerds in the song titled "Free" (2017).
