Ingested

Ingested, a death metal and deathcore band from Manchester, England, formed in May 2006. The original lineup included lead vocalist Jason Evans, drummer Lyn Jeffs, guitarists Sean Hynes and Sam Yates, and bassist Brad Fuller. Ingested released their debut album Surpassing the Boundaries of Human Suffering in 2009 via Candlelight Records and Siege of Amida Records. The band's second album, The Surreption, was released in 2011 through Siege of Amida. Ingested signed to Century Media for their third full-length album, The Architect of Extinction, released in 2015. Their fourth studio album, The Level Above Human, was launched by Unique Leader Records in 2018. The band's fifth studio album, Where Only Gods May Tread, came out in 2020, followed by The Surreption II in 2021, Ashes Lie Still in 2022, and The Tide of Death and Fractured Dreams in 2024. Ingested's lineup changes include the departure of founding member Jason Evans in November 2024 and the addition of Josh Davies as the new vocalist, who contributed to the recording of the album Denigration (2026) before also leaving in February 2026. Denigration was released in May 2026.
