Adrian von Ziegler, born on December 25, 1989 in Zurich, Switzerland, is a composer known for his diverse electronic music compositions. Von Ziegler began his musical journey at age 15 as a drummer in a local rock band but soon transitioned to composing independently using a headset microphone and guitar. From 2007 to 2009, he released numerous demo songs under the pseudonym "Indigo," gradually shifting from guitar to keyboard and orchestral arrangements. In 2010, von Ziegler started releasing music under his own name with albums such as Requiem and Lifeclock. His discography includes notable works like "Across Acheron" (2011), Wanderer (2011), and The Celtic Collection (2012). Von Ziegler's music is inspired by Celtic and Norse mythology, movie soundtracks, and fantasy literature. In 2021, he published a 400-page dictionary for Inra, a constructed language he developed over a decade.
