Davodka

Known for his razor-sharp freestyles and meaningful punchlines, French rapper Wladimir Richard aka Davodka hails from the 18th arrondissement of Paris, where he was born in 1991. A member of the Paris Pôle Nord collective in the early 2000s, he went solo in 2012. He produced his own debut album, Un Poing C'est Tout, released in 2014, followed shortly afterwards by the EP L'Art Tisant, offering seven new tracks. Davodka showed growing artistic maturity with Mise au Poing (2015), while his third album, Accusé de Réfléxion (2017), earned him his first appearance on the French best-seller list. One of the fastest flowing rappers around, able to rival Eminem with over eight words per second, continues with À Juste Titre (2019), Procès Verbal (2021) and Héritage (2024), featuring contributions from Cenza, Deadi and Sinik.
