In their relatively short existence, Cambridge's Lonely The Brave have performed live at Maida Vale Studios for Dan P Carter's Radio 1 Rock Show, built up a dedicated following and sold out shows across the region, been nominated for In The City's prestigious songwriter's award and taken plaudits from the likes of Rock Sound, Classic Rock and Kerrang!
After a well received demo sold out in weeks, the last year has been spent holed away perfecting a debut album, "The Day's War", and introducing a fifth member, Joel, to the fray on second guitar.
Writing anthemic, epic songs devoid of scene or outside influence from their peers, the band have recently recorded a session for Zane Lowe and Radio 1 at the legendary Maida Vale studios and are about to embark on a tour with UK band Don Broco.
With the undoubted potential to connect with many, many people, 2013 is just the start of the ascent for a band that Rock Sound say they "wholeheartedly believe could become the biggest band on the planet".
