Ruhee Ahamed is a singer-songwriter whose vocal prowess flows flawlessly from a repertoire of genres ranging from Pop, RnB, Jazz, Western Classical and Bollywood/Regional melodies. Based out of London, UK, she has until recently been touring as a performing artist with the famed Bollywood band ‘Bryden & Parth’ spanning the last 8 years. Singing with The Choral Riff, Wishbone Factory, Camerata and Concordia over the years were a way to indulge her soul in the glorious world of harmony. Supporting independent music has always appealed to the artist in her, especially collaborating with notable homegrown artists including Bryden -Parth, Slain, Agam, Lagori, Bennet & the Band and The Riverman Band as lead vocalist, backing vocalist and vocal arranger.
She describes her music as a piece of her soul that at some point was inspired by a feeling, a journey, a trial, a battle lost or a struggle fought. She is an artist who enjoys discovering her music and art as life unfolds what lies in between.
A full-time musician and a super-mom to 2 humans and 3 cats, she is also a teaching artist, voiceover artist and vocal/harmony arranger who dabbles in music production.
