Bless You is an electronic duo from Copenhagen, Denmark. Viktor Valentin grew up in the big city while Morris Oppenhejm is from the countryside. However, Viktor and Morris connected from a very early age through a shared passion for music, which, like a long-lasting friendship, is a dynamic organism. Viktor and Morris fell in love with the night, becoming skilled DJ’s well-known as part of the buzzing Copenhagen club scene. The nightlife became the origin of their sound as songwriters and producers - inspired by their observations of people in motion, the togetherness and euphoria that inevitably becomes a shared moment in time. Bless You's songs are like those moments, building from coincidental chords in harmony on the piano, growing larger with the power of the machines, keyboards and the endless possibilities of production while their penchant for melancholic electronic house music echoes in pulsating pop melodies.
Since their debut in 2019, Bless You have released a modest back catalog of songs, yet, still amassing more than 50 million streams on Spotify alone! Last year, ‘Save Our Ship (SOS)’ was a viral hit on TikTok, their tracks have been played live by the likes of Ed Banger aka Pedro Winter and by the influential DJ and producer crew, Keinemusik, while Bless You took to the stages themselves this summer with shows across several European countries.
