Edoardo Fainello writes music since he was 15.
He loves classical music (Ludwig van Beethoven, Joseph Haydn, Antonio Vivaldi, Claude Debussy), but he has grown up listening to Ultravox, Sakamoto, Jean Michelle Jarre, Mike Oldfield, Japan, Depeche Mode, Vangelis, Brian Eno, Philip Glass and so many others.
And every musician gave him something, a vision, a way to shape sounds and melodies to create alternative images.
Everything can lead to an emotion, even the simplest children’s song, and that's all he wants to do: to bring people where they want, running on his atmospheres.
He mainly composes music for theatre plays, for tv, movies and documentaries, but sometimes he loves to channel his ideas to tell a story with an album, in a sort of stream of thoughts.
And the stories he prefers to tell are the lives of "ordinary" people, just like him.
Just like everyone.
His last album, “East Rose”, is composed by 10 chapters of the same story, made of moments of hard struggles fought with his eternal love for the beauty in this world.
