Area21

Area21, a Dutch-American electronic dance music duo, was formed in 2016 as a musical project by Martin Garrix and Maejor. The group gained initial recognition after debuting "Spaceships" during Martin Garrix's headlining set at the Ultra Music Festival 2016. Area21 is signed to Stmpd Rcrds, Garrix's record label. Their identity remained unknown for some time, with speculations about Garrix's involvement and potential vocalists. In June 2017, they released their third single "We Did It," followed by "Glad You Came," on 1 December of the same year. The duo continued to release notable tracks such as "Happy" in February 2018 and "La La La" in April 2021. Area21's debut album, Greatest Hits Vol. 1, was released on 12 November 2021. On 5 April 2023, they released their live album and concert film Live on Planet Earth.
