Osquel

Osquel (real name Osquel Santiago García) is a Puerto Rican urban artist from Cataño who built his career in the reggaeton and Latin trap scenes through a steady run of collaborative singles before stepping forward as a solo voice. He first appeared on multi-artist tracks in 2017, featuring on remixes and posse cuts such as “Mi Favorita (Remix)” alongside Sinfónico and Raven, and “Rick Ross”, “Niveles (Remix)” and “Lean”, where he shared verses with figures like Jon Z, Lito Kirino, Kelmitt, DVICE, Towy, Juanka and Casper Mágico. By 2018 he remained an in-demand guest, contributing to remixes such as “Me Llama Todavía” and “Me Llama Todavía 2”, consolidating his reputation inside the Puerto Rican underground. In 2019 Osquel moved into a more central role with “Los Sentimientos los Mate (Remix)” and especially “Gracias a Dios”, a joint release with Ele A El Dominio produced by Super Yei, Jone Quest, Deazer and Xound. He then issued his own single “Mira Como Estamos” with Pacho El Antifeka and Hanzel La H in October 2020, followed by guest spots on tracks like “Leave” (2022) and solo cuts such as “Si Si” and “Un Besito” in 2023. In 2024 he released his first full-length project El Veneno and expanded his catalog with singles including “Me vas a extrañar”, while also exploring darker trap sounds on tracks like “Boomerang”, “Real Gangsta” and “Costiau”. In 2024 he revisited that romantic line with the sequel “Me vas a extrañar 2”, recorded with Super Yei, and in November 2025 he teamed up with Jota4TF and Jozzu on the single "DRONES."
