Zaramay (real name Agustín Carlos Roberto García, born on June 10, 1994, in San Martín, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine rapper who emerged from the conurbano bonaerense’s urban scene. He began writing rhymes in secondary school and released his first independent track, "Me Siento Messi", in 2016, which introduced his narrative style to local audiences. In 2018 he launched a series of freestyle sessions that gained national attention and paved the way for his breakthrough collaboration with producer Bizarrap. The single "BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 31", released in 2020, topped the Argentina Hot 100 and amassed over 190 million YouTube views, marking Zaramay’s entry onto the international stage. That same month he issued his debut studio album, El Jefe del Malianteo (Vol. 1), and continued to release freestyles and collaborations with artists such as El Mero, Natos y Waor, and Kaydy Cain. Zaramay toured extensively, including a three‑month run in Spain in 2021, and performed as an opening act for Anuel AA in 2022. His catalog expanded with singles like "Freestyle Session #20", "Madison" with Lil Pani, and the 2025 collaborative album Thug Love with DJ Plaga, reinforcing his influence within Latin trap and hip‑hop circles.
