Emile Mosseri (born 11 August 1985) is an American composer, pianist, singer and producer who grew up in Los Angeles and studied composition at Berklee College of Music. After completing his education, Mosseri joined the collective Human Love, where he began composing original material and performing live as a bassist. His early work included the single "My Greedy Heart" (2023), which showcased his blend of electronic textures and melodic piano lines. Mosseri’s breakthrough came with the score for the 2019 film The Last Black Man in San Francisco, earning a nomination for Best Original Score at the Boston Society of Film Critics. He followed this with the 2020 soundtrack for Kajillionaire, and the highly acclaimed score for Minari, which garnered an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Score in 2021 and a British Academy Film Award nomination the same year. In 2020 he also composed music for the television series Homecoming. Mosseri's other releases include the album Heaven Hunters (2023) and the single "Snowpool" (2024). Mosseri received a Gold Record in the United States in 2025 for the song "Jacob and the Stone".
