Tobias Bernstrup

Tobias Bernstrup, born on July 17, 1970, in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a Swedish contemporary artist who works with video, interactive works, performance, and electronic music. He received an MFA from the Royal College University of Fine Arts Stockholm in 1998. His early work included collaborations with Palle Torsson, notably the Museum Meltdown series. Bernstrup's music career began with the release of his album Images of Love in 1998. He followed this with Re-Animate Me (2002), singles including "27" (2002), "Neon Love (2007), and "Midnight Blue" (2008), and several EPs such as 1984 (2009) and Fat Boy (2011) with Saralunden. His music has been released by various museums, galleries, and art institutions on CD or vinyl.
