Jane Remover, born on September 26, 2003 in Newark, New Jersey, is an American singer-songwriter, rapper and producer. Raised in New Jersey, they began making electronic music as a child and later became active in online music circles under the name Dltzk, releasing the EP Teen Week in 2021. The same year, Jane Remover issued their debut album, Frailty, through DeadAir, blending digicore, emo, glitch pop, electronic music and indie rock into a restless coming-of-age record made largely from their bedroom. In 2022, they adopted the Jane Remover name and began moving away from the Dltzk identity with tracks such as "Cage Girl" and "Royal Blue Walls". Their second album, Census Designated, followed in 2023 on DeadAir and pushed their writing toward shoegaze, post-rock and darker guitar textures, with "Lips" and "Census Designated" marking a more expansive sound. In 2024, they toured with Quannnic on the Designated Dreams Tour and released singles including "Flash in the Pan", "Dream Sequence", "Magic I Want U" and "How to Teleport". In 2025, Jane Remover returned to a more chaotic electronic and rap-driven style on Revengeseekerz, featuring Danny Brown on "Psychoboost" and including tracks such as "JRJRJR", "Dancing with your eyes closed" and "Dreamflasher". Later that year, they released the EP ♡, which gathered several 2024 singles alongside "So What?" and "Music Baby", one of their most direct pop-leaning tracks.
