Maybeshewill

Maybeshewill, an English post-rock band from Leicester, was formed in 2005 by guitarists John Helps and Robin Southby. Their debut EP Japanese Spy Transcript was released in 2006. The band's first full-length album, Not for Want of Trying, was released in 2008 through Field Records and received critical acclaim. Maybeshewill continued to release albums, including Sing the Word Hope in Four-Part Harmony (2009), I Was Here for a Moment, Then I Was Gone (2011), and Fair Youth (2014). The band toured extensively across the UK, Europe, and Asia. In September 2015, Maybeshewill announced their disbandment following a final tour. After a hiatus, they reunited in January 2020 and released their fifth studio album No Feeling is Final in 2021.
