Thee Exciters, an English garage rock band from Southampton, formed in 2003. The original lineup included Paul le Brock on vocals, Justin Cunningham on guitar, Lee Tea on bass, and Ken Robshaw on drums. Their early releases included the single "Johnny's Too Messed Up" (2004) and the EP Dial “E” for Excitement (2006). Following lineup changes that saw Richie Walker replace Robshaw in 2006 and Alex Tapp take over bass duties after Lee Tea left, Thee Exciters released their debut album Spending Cash, Talking Trash (2008). Their second album, Perpetual Happening, followed in 2012. The band toured extensively, including a US tour in 2006 and a Spanish tour later that same year.
