Nicola Cruz

Nicola Cruz, born on December 7, 1987 in Limoges, France, is a French-Ecuadorian DJ and producer. Raised in Quito, Ecuador, he began his musical journey at the age of 12 with percussion lessons. In 2006, Cruz moved to Mexico City where he studied sound engineering and production, immersing himself in electronic music. In 2015, Cruz signed with ZZK Records and released his debut album, Prender el Alma. This period also saw collaborations with Nicolas Jaar and notable performances such as a Boiler Room session in Tulum, Mexico. His second album, Siku, was released in 2019. Throughout his career, Cruz performed at major festivals including Sònar Barcelona and Lollapalooza Santiago de Chile.
