Vantroi

Vantroi, a rock group from Mexico formed in 1992, emerged with a strong political and social message inspired by Nguyen Van Troy, a Vietnamese guerrilla. Their debut album, ¡Hemos dicho basta!, was released in 1994, followed by No nos moverán! in 1996. Vantroi performed extensively across Mexico and Spain, sharing stages with notable acts like Rosendo, Reincidentes, Boikot, Soziedad Alkoholika, Extremoduro, Ska-P, and Disidencia. They participated in major festivals including Festimad, Viña Rock, and the Arezzo Wave Festival in Italy. Their discography includes albums like Bajo palabra (1999), ¿...Otra vez frijoles?! (2001) and Para no morir de locos (2005). Vantroi has seen numerous lineup changes, with 54 members contributing to the band's history.
