Biografía

Dilsinho is a singer and songwriter from Brazil. He was born Dilson Scher Neto on June 26 1992, in Río de Janeiro. Dilsinho started performing at age 13, playing with his cousin at bars and restaurants across Ilha do Governador. He started a band in 2009 named Para de Kaô, with whom he released the single “Maluca Pirada.” After the group’s dissolution, Dilsinho recorded his debut album, produced by Bruno Cardoso and Leandro “Lelê” Oliveira. His self-titled full-length album was released in 2014, containing singles such as "Já Que Você Não Me Quer Mais" and "A Vingança." This was followed by the single “If You Want” in 2015, and “Thunder” in 2016. Dilsinho’s second album O Cara Certo was released in June of 2016. The live album #SML Fora da Curva was released the following year. Two years later, Dilsinho returned with the singles “12 Hours” and “Ioiô,” the latter featuring singer Ivete Sangalo. In 2019, he released his second live album (and first live DVD) Neverland, which was certified Gold in Brazil. The album Garrafas e Bocas was announced in 2021, preceded by the single “Porre.” Each of the album’s four parts was recorded in a different Rio de Janeiro neighborhood.
