Gustavo Elis

Gustavo Alexander Ramírez Olivo, known professionally as Gustavo Elis, was born on January 17, 1989, in Caracas, Venezuela. He is a singer, musician, actor, dancer, and composer who showed an early interest in dance before transitioning fully into music and acting. Elis first gained prominence portraying the character Tavo in the second season of the Venevisión and Boomerang Latinoamérica teen telenovela Somos tú y yo, which aired from 2007 to 2008 and helped launch his career across Latin America and beyond. Following his rise on television, he partnered with Sixto Rein to form the musical duo Gustavo & Rein in 2010, releasing successful singles such as "Me voy de Party" and "Muevelo." After the duo disbanded in 2014, Elis embarked on a solo career, releasing his debut album Parte de mí that same year.
