Jorge Cuellar

 Jorge Cuellar is a Mexican singer-songwriter from Guadalajara who began playing accordion at age eight and later built his career around a softer, melodic take on música mexicana. His release history stretches back to at least 2021, when he issued songs such as “Nadie Va A Pensar En Ti Mejor Que Yo” and “Dónde estarás?,” before expanding his catalog in 2023 with singles including “Sobran Motivos.” A stronger breakthrough arrived in 2025 with the EP Dueño del Jardín and songs such as “Nuestra Canción” and especially “Ayayay,” which became one of the key titles associated with his name and helped push him to a much wider audience. In 2026 he followed with “IMU,” a collaboration with Ysrael Barajas that quickly became one of his most visible releases, reinforcing a profile built on romantic songwriting, acoustic textures, and a modern regional-pop approach rather than a strictly traditional norteño or corrido format.
