Raúl Beltrán, a talented young singer from El Dorado, Culiacán, Sinaloa, has been captivated by music from an early age, encouraged by his father to sing when he was only four years old. By age nine, he was already performing at family gatherings with a band of friends and relatives, marking the start of his journey. His passion continued through his teenage years, leading him to join a more professional group before launching his solo career in 2016 under the stage name Romeo Beltrán. By 2021, he reverted to his original name, Raúl Beltrán, as a tribute to his late father, gaining widespread recognition with the heartfelt song "Un Gran Papá." Raúl Beltrán began composing at 14, inspired by his love of poetry and the desire to express himself. His songwriting talent has drawn the attention of major names in Mexican regional music, with artists like Grupo Firme, Banda Los Sebastianes, Julio Chaidez, El Bebeto, and La Zenda Norteña recording his songs. In 2022, Raúl Beltrán officially kickstarted an independent music career, bolstered by his win on the show Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento. That year, he released his debut album Me Subestimaron, followed by Corridos de Encargo Vol. 2 a few months later. Following the release of the albums En Vivo Desde El Dorado and Pisteando en El Rancho in 2023, Raúl Beltrán continued his prolific run with the 2024 LPs De la Pluma en Sierreño and Corridos Brillosos, featuring guest appearances by Pantera de Culiacán Sinaloa and Grupo Selectivo. 2025 saw the release of the studio album Corridos Metafísicos and the compilation Más de una Hora de Cumbias.
