I have two questions:1) Why has the "Featured in" section vanished from all artist pages in the web browser version while still available in the app version?2) Why do we have many albums that are not visible on their respective artist pages? They are on Deezer, if you search for them you will find them and can even listen to them, but these releases are no longer shown on their artists pages, as if they are hidden. I remember them being under the "More albums" sections, which never worked as they should have, because they made a real mess of Albums, EPs, Singles, etc. and never counted as their artists' latest release. It is so weird not being able to find an album on the artist page that opens from the album itself.Thanks
Hello. I'm not sure what happened to my deezer app but its suddenly stopped being able to connect to my bluetooth earphones and headphones. All my other apps connect to them and play as normal so it cannot be my phone and obviously its not my head/earphones. I've restarted my phone and the app multiple times. I've updated the app to latest version (8.0.10.27). I have never needed to use Deezer connect but when I click on this, this doesn't appear to load. My phone is a Samsung S21. Are there any further steps I should take as this is a really frustrating issue. I can listen to music in the gym and my entire catalogue is on Deezer. I pay for Deezer family and if I can't it privately with headphones, then what is the point. Look forward to hearing a response, Chinonso

Does anyone know the criteria of a “Fan" on a Playlist?I am happy that my Taylor Swift playlist has 1163 fans but what does that mean, that that many users have listened to it once? added it to their own playlist? have to listen to it all the way through?
Hi, i think the issue is the same as this topic which was closed (but without solution): On my SonyAudio NW-A100, it is now impossible to access song list, half of the screen is either blocked by a visual of an album or by the song being played. Consequence is that we cannot scroll anywhere.Would it be possible to fix this? Thanks
How do i set to continue to play similar music once my playlist has run out? I find currently, that when my playlist is completed, ends, that the music stops.I also get to a point when I have started ‘Launch Track Mix’ that it will stop at some point.I never want that behavior, I would always want, no matter how I started, for Deezer to continue similar music, is this possible?
so im in this page right here, on my way to access deezer for artists. but theres a huge problem. theres no such thing as an artist upc. i tried pasting the upc of a release that i have but that didnt work either. what am i supposed to do?
Since couple of months Deezer stops playing Flow or Mixes after couple of songs played normally.You need to go back and forward to get it working, but after 2-3 songs it stops again. You get: “almost there only few seconds left ”...And than it is same with:Heos app I use in my office to stream Deezer Yamaha AV app I use at home Of course I cleared cache, re-installed and all that but that doesn`t help either.Been Deezer user for many years, but this is a “killer” bug that makes app unusable, sorry. If there is any actual advice to fix this it would be very welcome.
Hi, As a new subscriber to Deezer I am very happy so far with android automotive os app on my Renault megane etech, works really well, had used tidal before but fed up with buffering issues ended up going to Spotify, crap audio quality but reliable performance. I can tell the increase in audio quality now with Deezer and am very happy.Only 2 things are an issue, no shuffle function for playlist and after getting out and returning to car, playlist does not continue playing and I have to go into app and start playlist again.Any advice greatly received.
For a few months ago, Siri does not play musc from many bands correctly. For example, "Hey Siri play Take That on Deezer." just plays a Take That song (You and me) and other unrelated songs.
Hello,In case you didn’t notice, the album count on Android app is no more limited to 1000 albums! Not sure what’s the limit now, but I’m happy it’s showing all my 1600+ favoured albums! Thanks Deezer!
Not downloading* Hi all! I recently added a couple of tracks to favourites, but alas, they aren't downloading. Never happened before. Before you ask:- Yes, I am on, WiFi and it's working.- Yes, I have the download toggle switched to green.- It doesn't download on cellular either. - Yes, I have enough storage space on my device. - Smart cache is > than Deezer files size. I would rather refrain from cleaning the cache completely, as it will take me hours to download everything again. Thanks in advance for all your suggestions and workarounds, I really appreciate it!

Hi! New to Deezer, just checking it out for the first time today after Spotify removed the Android widget feature. Unfortunately, I'm having a little trouble with Deezer's widget too. It starts out working as expected, I can start/stop, skip, etc... But then I open the app to Cast, and upon returning to the homescreen, the widget no longer displays playback controls, rather it just says "Open Deezer". This is not ideal, but fine.... Except that if I click the widget to open Deezer, Deezer does not open, rather the widget goes blank, and will no longer work until I uninstall and reinstall the whole app! I tried just removing and re-adding the widget, but unfortunately, after initiating a cast apparently, the 4x1 playback widget ceases to exist in the widget picker. Troubleshooting steps: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, this works until the next time a Cast is initiated. I have moved to the beta version of the app, this worked until the next time I initiated a Cast. I have a

I'm using a Fiio M11S player with the latest version of Deezer installed. I control the music through my phone via Deezer Connect. The app works fine for a while and then it starts to freeze: Tracks don't switch, control buttons and other interface elements start twitching, everything is laggy. It goes away when I reconnect to the device, but it comes back after a while.What it boils down to is that no matter how many times I try to use Deezer, I go back to another streaming service that doesn't have these remote control problems. Your artist pages aren’t all structured the same. I’ve noticed this several times and most recently was on Nosaj Thing’s artist page and none of their albums are shown anywhere. You do have their albums on your platform, though. Why are they not shown on the album page like other artists? Please fix this.
When I go to my list of favorite albums, there is a scroll bar but there is no highlighted portion/ button/ whatever to click on in order to move the page up and down. I have many albums in my list and this lack of functionality in the scroll bar makes browsing through the albums difficult.
