Crossin' Midnight are an independent rock band established in 2018 in Turin, yet the first spark took place in Canterbury with the encounter of Sly Mongoose, BeatSem and Snake Gig, respectively the guitarist, the bassist and the drummer. Rock is their religion and after little time they found in Chris “The Prior” Lovesgod, the lead singer, the missing piece of the puzzle: he was the last member joining the band, bringing new verve to the project.
Inspired by rock and grunge style, such as Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters and Alter Bridge, with the right balance between respect and irreverence, they make their own art by it creating an innovative hybrid, that on the other hand is still strictly bound to the traditional '90s style.
Each member contributes to the development of the individual instrumental lines and the lyrics of their songs, so the concept of band pervades everything, both artistic and technical aspects.
Since building their own studio in 2021, they're on a streak of producing and releasing independently their songs, the last being Your Hands. Recently playing on renowned local venues such as Hiroshima Mon Amour and sPAZIO 211, the next step along this path is their 6th release, Silent Sunshine, out on July 28th.
