Javid David Álvarez Fernández was born in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico, in December 13, 1983. He is known as J Alvarez, and he’s a reggaeton singer.
Since he was young he was interested in music, so he decided to become friend of musicians. He met DJ Nelson, who became his godfather and helped him to start his career. In 2009, Alvarez released his first album called “El Dueño del Sistema”, which helped him to win fame in the music industry and with the public.
During the next years he released four albums, where he had many collaborations with Arcángel, Zion & Lennox, Ñejo, Luigui 21Plus and many others.
J Alvarez has become a great artist in so little time. There’s no surprise he is very popular in all Latin America.
