Iniko

Born on October 26, 1996, in Brooklyn, New York, singer-songwriter and producer Iniko blends alternative soul with elements of trap, R&B, and cinematic soundscapes, crafting a distinctive and ethereal musical identity. Growing up surrounded by music, they developed skills in piano and guitar early on, later honing their songwriting while living in Japan and Los Angeles. Their breakthrough came with a steady stream of singles, starting with 2019’s "Pinocchio," followed by 2020’s dual release "Motion" and "Caught in a Body." The following year, "Luna" further expanded their reach, amassing millions of streams. In 2022, Iniko released "Hourglass" and the deeply personal "The King's Affirmation," a tribute to their father, which went viral on social media. By 2023, their anthemic "Jericho" became a defining moment, landing in the Top 40 of Billboard’s Hot Digital Songs chart and solidifying their place as a force in contemporary soul music. The Awakening, Iniko's debut album, came out in 2025.
