Boom Pam, a Middle Eastern rock band from Tel Aviv, Israel, formed in 2003. The band originated as a trio during high school and were named after Aris San's song "Boom Pam". In 2006, Boom Pam released their self-titled debut album under Essay Recordings, which reached number one on the European World Music charts. Their second album, Puerto Rican Nights, followed in 2008. They performed at notable festivals such as Lollapalooza (2015), Fuji Rock Festival (2014), and GlobalFest (2007). Boom Pam collaborated with various artists including Selda Bağcan and Mayumi Kojima. They contributed to film music and worked with the Batsheva Dance Company. In 2023, they returned with new album Royal, in celebration of their 20th anniversary.
