WENGIE

Wendy Ayche, known professionally as Wengie or Wraya, is a Chinese-Australian singer born on January 9, 1986. She began her career in 2013 with a video channel focused on beauty and fashion content. Her music career started with the release of "Baby Believe Me" in China in July 2017, which peaked at number 6 on Chinese charts. In May 2019, she released her first Filipino-language single, "Mr. Nice Guy", featuring Iñigo Pascual. Later that year, she released "Empire", a Korean-language single with Minnie from (G)I-dle, debuting at number 22 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart. Wraya has also collaborated on various international projects, including the Hindi-English song "Thing You Want" in November 2020, which earned her the Best International Act in India award at the Indian Clef Music Awards.
