Biyografi

Born in Paris, France on May 29, 1991, Elsa Dreisig is an operatic soprano of French and Danish descent.  Born into a musical family – her mother was Danish opera singer Inge Dreisig, and her father was French singer and conductor Gilles Ramada – she sang with both the Opéra Royal de Wallonie and the Opéra National de Lyon as a child. After studying at the Conservatoire de Paris and the University of Music and Theatre Leipzig, she joined the opera studio at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin, Germany in 2015. For the next two years, she performed in several shows – Hänsel und Gretal, Die Zauberflöte, La Traviata, Orfeo ed Eurodice, and Médée – while also winning first prize at the Neue Stimmen competition (2015) and Plácido Domingo's Operalia, The World Opera Competition (2016) and several other awards and distinctions. In 2017, Elsa Dreisig toured Europe with the Berlin Philharmonic – appearing at the Salzburg Festival – and sang with the London Symphony Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Berlin, the Munich Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic, and the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra. She released her first album, Miroir(s) in 2018, followed by The Mathilde Album (2019), Morgen (2020), Massenet: Don César de Bazan (2020), Beethoven: Christ on the Mount of Olives (2020), and Mozart x 3 (2022).
