Biyografi

The Italian rapper known as Madame is Francesca Calearo, a young girl who has been building a reputation among hip-hop audiences through a series of self-promoted uploads on social media platforms. Rap and hip-hop in Italy is a male-dominated genre, even more so than in the USA, which is why Calearo's success has been so unusual and newsworthy in her native country. She was born in Vicenza on January 16, 2002 and began releasing material whilst still at high school. Since its release in 2018, her second single “Sciccherie” has accrued more than 7 million hits on her video streaming channel, establishing the Venetian rapper as a significant emerging talent on the Italian hip-hop scene. The track was also certified gold after selling over 35,000 copies, a feat she would repeat in 2019 with the single “17.” That same year, Madame also popped up on Marracash’s platinum-selling single “L’Anima.” In 2020, she released the singles “Baby” and “Clito,” and reached Number 11 on the Italian Singles Chart with the track “Il Mio Amico,” featuring Fabri Fibra. Shortly after competing at the 71st edition of the Sanremo Music Festival in 2021 with the track “Voce,” Madame dropped her eponymous studio album, which climbed to Number 2 in her native Italy. Follow-up single “Bugie” saw the light later that year and peaked at Number 15.
