Influenced by his father, Marcos Burdier—a professional merengue dancer and singer—Mark B. developed a passion for music early on, performing in school talent shows and local venues. In 2012, he began his professional career as a backup vocalist for Poeta Callejero before launching his solo journey. His breakout came with the 2014 hit "Pal de Velitas," followed by tracks like "Vamos a Ponernos Locos" and "Playa y Arena," which showcased his ability to fuse traditional Latin sounds with contemporary urban beats. In 2016, he collaborated with Bad Bunny and Poeta Callejero on "Me Llueven," further cementing his place in the Latin urban scene.
