LUNA

The German singer Alina Striedl was born in Vilshofen on December 2, 2002. She began publishing her first songs on social media while still at school under the name Luna. Her first hit came in 2020 with the song "Verlierer". The melancholy song reached number 3 in the German charts and was awarded a gold record in Germany and Austria. After her second single "Blau"(2021), she released "Küsse wie Gift", a feature with the singer Lea. Luna had signed a contract with her music label Treppenhaus a year earlier. in 2021, Luna wins a prize at the prestigious 1LIVE Krone as "Best Newcomer Act". In the same year, she is also named "Breakthrough Artist of the Year" at the New Music Awards. Further joint singles follow with "Glücklich" (2022, together with Dikka), "Neonlights" (2023, together with Katja Krasavice) and "Eine Stunde Schlaf" (2024, together with Mark Forster). In 2024, Luna released the singles "Normal", "Vergessen" and "Was wäre wenn". Luna's first studio album, 25/8, follows in May 2024. The longplayer climbs to number 22 in the German charts.
