Izegrim

Izegrim is a Dutch death and thrash metal ensemble formed in 1996 in Zutphen. Established by Jeroen Wechgelaer and Joep van Leeuwen, the group was originally known as Isegrim. The band's early lineup included vocalist Kristien Dros. Marloes Voskuil joined as the bassist in 2004 and assumed vocal duties in 2008. The ensemble's discography included the studio recordings Guidelines for Genocide (2002) and Tribute to Totalitarianism (2008). The group released the tracks “Balance of Terror” and “Under the Banners of Hatred”. In 2009, the band released the EP Point of No Return, which led to a contract with Listenable Records. Under this label, the group published the albums Code of Consequences (2011), Congress of the Insane (2013), and The Ferryman's End (2016). The ensemble performed at various festivals and toured with the band Onslaught.
