Based out of Canada, Little Symphony creates relaxing music by integrating ambient musical instruments with sounds recorded in nature. LS has recorded sounds on 3 continents (North America, South America, and Asia) with plans to continue expanding our collection. Our music is most often used to help soothe the soul, relieve feelings of stress and anxiety, and to help people fall asleep, work, meditate, and focus. By applying evidence-based principles such as tempos similar to resting heart rate, heart rate entrainment, gradual ambient chord progressions, and soft instrumentation, Little Symphonyâs music is optimized to bring calm into your life.
