La Mano 1.9 is a French rapper born on August 20, 2001. Hailing from the 19ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, a breeding ground for talent renowned for its dynamic rap scene, he evolves in a universe blending drill and trap and stands out for his energetic flow and dark, hard-hitting instrumentals. He made his debut in 2022 with the freestyle "R.A.T. #1", which launched his career. In 2023, he collaborated with Sponge Productions, releasing such acclaimed tracks as "OPPS" and "N#gro". His appearance on Nono La Grinta's track "La Quoi?", which received widespread coverage on the platforms, raised his profile. In January 2024, La Mano 1.9 released his single "I Say" and took part in "Hors la loi" with L2B. He multiplied his collaborations, notably with Liim's, Oboy, Genezio, Raplume, and Tiakola ("G.A.N.G"). He also invited Musto on "J'coupe tout" and collaborated with Niska on "Canon". In October 2024, he teams up with Gazo on "POP", an emblematic track mixing drill and catchy melodies. In November 2024 La Mano 1.9 achieves its first platinum-selling single with "I'm Sorry", equivalent to over 30 million listens, followed by the gold-selling "Sexy Woman" (15 million listens). These and sixteen other tracks are featured on her debut album R.A.T (2025), which debuted at No. 5 and included the singles "Fourmi" (with Vacra), "SWAT" (with SDM), "Crime ensoleillé" (with Tiakola) and "Célibataire".
