Both songs were written by John Edward.
Doris Troy sings backup vocals and Rick Wakeman plays piano on 'Rastus Ravel (Is A Mean Old Man)'.
Friday 13th November 1970, Larry Page released their single on Penny Farthing Records.
Heatwave played the Liverpool Cavern Club for a week and is proud of its commemorative brick, 20 rows directly above 'John', in the Cavern Wall of Fame.
