Cilla Raie is a UK British R&B Singer/Songwriter from London. Taking inspirations from the likes of R&B Legends Aaliyah, Brandy and Destiny’s Child. Cilla Raie began recording music at just 14-years-old, with credible grime producer DaVinche (Stormzy, Skepta, Wiley) and Jackie Davidson MBE (Wayne Hector) being her mentors during the early stages of her musical journey. Cilla then went on to develop professional relationships with established music producers KZ, Rymez and Tre Jean Marie, working with artists such as Avelino, Double S and C Cane. In 2014, she released her first debut EP ‘Cilla Raie’ produced by ‘Sillky’ (Mabel, Mahalia, Craig David) and ‘The Arcade’ (Doja Cat, Khalid, Migos). Gaining an exclusive premiere by the MOBO Awards. Cilla then embarked on a national school tour with UK Music and has performed at venues such as iLuvLive and Goddess Festival. With support from Arts England/National, in 2021 Cilla released her EP ‘Reconnected’ which signified her reconnection with music, which received support from DJ Ace on BBC 1xtra including Nadia Jae, Sian Anderson. MTV, Wonderland, Earmilk and more. Including this is R&B’s ‘10 R&B artists you should have on your Radar’. The EP features US star Tiffany Evans (Promise Ring Ft Ciara) and UK Grime Subten (Tinchy Stryder). The EP reached number 2 on the UK R&B/Soul Album's Chart. 2022 is set to strike off with new releases including the first new single of the year called ‘Longtime’ supported by Help Musicians/MOBOs.
