Turf

Turf is an Argentinian rock group formed in Buenos Aires in 1995.

After signing to Universal Music and releasing their debut album 'Una Pila De Vida' in August 1997, the band found instant success and supported The Rolling Stones at the River Plate stadium in 1998.

Freeing themselves from their record deal with Universal in 1999, the band were clearly in a happier state of mind as they released upbeat second album 'Siempre Libre', building on their initial success. In 2001, the band released single 'Loco Un Poco' which was a summer smash hit across Argentina and South America. With the release of several other successful albums came internal differences and the band decided to part ways in 2007, and pursued other projects.

In 2014, the band reunited onstage for the first time since the split and the following year released new material in the form of single 'Kurt Cobain' and in 2017 released their new full-length LP 'Odyssey' to the delight of their dedicated fan base.
