Combining elements of their Latin American culture and LA flavor, the indie-alternative band, The Citie is known for
their colorful and ethereal sound. The band consists of brothers, lead vocalist Jona Cohen, guitarist/vocalist Adrian
Cohen and bassist Daniel Cohen. The band’s smooth and hypnotizing rock-influenced instrumentals married with
soft and sensual vocals paint an unmistakable musical soundscape. Their music is best described as the feeling one
gets when floating on their back at a quiet beach on a hot summer day. The visceral feeling of nostalgia, captured in
their songs such as “Let Me (Love You in the Back of the Car)" and “Quiero Hacerlo Lento,” is the ultimate
prescription for late night drives.
The brothers produce, write and record everything in the room that they were born in. Heavily considered a sacred
space, their studio has become their creative safe haven tucked away in Burbank. The band is currently working on
their next EP and expanding their music collective “Estudio Citie” operating as a creative ground with open doors to
other creatives.
