Eileen Rodgers, born on 10 July 1930 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was an American pop singer and Broadway performer. She began her career as a nightclub performer and later sang as the lead vocalist with Charlie Spivak's orchestra. Her music journey started with several singles, including "Just A Little Bit More!" (1955) and "Miracle Of Love", which reached number 18 on the Billboard pop chart in 1956. Her first EP, Singing The Blues / Miracle Of Love, was released that same year. She made her Broadway debut in 1959 with Fiorello! where she performed "Gentleman Jimmy". She appeared in several other notable productions, including Tenderloin (1960) and the off-Broadway revival of Cole Porter's Anything Goes in 1962, for which she won the New York Outer Circle Critics' Award as Best Revival. She also made frequent appearances on television variety shows. She passed away from lung cancer on 13 July 2003, three days after her 73rd birthday in Charlotte, North Carolina.
