Ahmanti Booker, known professionally as Monte Booker, was born on March 27, 1995, in Chicago, Illinois. He is an American record producer and DJ who began his music career in 2011 using FL Studio. In 2013, he joined the collective Zero Fatigue after meeting St. Louis artists Smino, Jay2, and Bari through studio manager Chris Classick. Booker released his first EP, Soulection White Label - Monte Booker, on June 29, 2016. His song "Kolors" became a viral hit in 2020, streaming charts. He has collaborated with artists such as Noname, Mick Jenkins, Saba, JID, and more. In 2019, Booker was invited to Dreamville’s recording sessions for the compilation Revenge of the Dreamers III by J. Cole, producing three songs on the album: "Late Night", "Spin Move", and "Passcode". He released the instrumental mixtape Lil Sounds Tape in 2021 and the album Noise (Meaning) in 2025.
