DJ. Highlanders, was born in Faenza (Ravenna) on February 4, 1970. He enters the world of music, with his first single (Celtic The Prequel Theme) entirely self-produced, at the beginning of March 2018 - after having made his "firsts" 48 years old. In that same year, he produced three more songs: Lory Don't Tell, Moscova and Mai Another Mind. As you can hear, in the first four songs, it spans various genres: the first is in "cinematic" style, then follows the pop of Lory Don't Tell, Moscova is classical music, and Mai Another Mind is dance. In 2019 he changes "gear" and begins a series of achievements, including the surprising new indie "Atmosphere" and the committed underground "Seoul" that catapult him into the elite of international music. Then come the songs House, Chillout, Psy, Techno and Reggaeton as the song Boom Boom de Verano which enters the charts of 35 countries in the world. In the same year he carries on the "Dance" project with the incomparable I Don't Like malone, a song where the author makes fun of himself ... In 2020 the path does not change, the productions change a lot, in fact D.J. Highlanders appears in fourth place in the world ranking of the most "prolific artists of the year. He creates recognized masterpieces such as" Go Home "," Chica Bonita "," Atlantic & Pacific ".... and opens up another trend, that of Lo- Fi, together with a young boy, aged 18, Filippo Gamberini. To the new releases he combines covers such as the Christmas ones played with the Ukulele and remixes of some of his songs. In this early 2021, he gives ample space to his House and music productions. Lo-Fi, while in the summer it produces a new Reggaeton single: "Chica Deluxe" and a song "rocker: I Don't Like M." In the first six months of 2021, it tops the international artists chart with the most new releases during the year .... To date, since its debut (3 years and 6 months) it has self-produced 74 unreleased songs and 22 covers and remixes, spanning 12 different genres .... A record that knows no precedent .... and that seems not to want to stop!
