Hior Chronik lives in Berlin and is a musician known for his emotional and atmospheric soundscapes. His compositions blend elements of ambient, electronica, and contemporary classical music. His work often evokes a sense of introspection and melancholy, creating immersive sonic landscapes that resonate with listeners on an emotional level.
Throughout his career, Hior Chronik has collaborated with a variety of artists and record labels, contributing to a wide range of projects across different media. He has released music through 1631 Recordings and Bigo & Twigetti, primarily solo piano works, as well as through A Strangely Isolated Place in collaboration with Arovane. He has also presented two albums via 7K! and Kitchen Label.
Another, more electronic side of his artistic identity emerges through Ki Records, which he refers to as his “family” label. In 2018 he released the album Descent there, and he also performed piano as part of Christian Löffler’s Ensemble. In 2022 he followed with his second album on Ki Records, titled Haze. In 2024 he presented his new work Crave for More. Before the end of 2024, he also released an IDM/electronic album titled Trembling Stars on Touched Music. In the summer of 2025, his album Apofanie was released via Moderna Records. In June 2026, Hior Chronik returns with his upcoming album Way Out, continuing his exploration of cinematic ambient textures and emotionally driven electronic compositions.
