Schwesterherz, a German singing group in the field of folk-pop music incorporating elements of pop music, was formed by sisters Anja Weise, Carina Weise, and Maria Weise. Their musical journey began in the early 1990s as part of the quartet Margitta und ihre Töchter with their mother, Margitta Weise. Carina and Maria were later engaged by the Mühlenhof Musikanten as soloists. The group's debut album Zarte Bande was released in 2007, followed by Kommst du damit klar? in 2009. After Anja Weise left to prepare for the birth of her child, Carina and Maria continued as a duo. Their subsequent albums include Zärtlich gefährlich (2012) and Lieblingsschlager (2017).
