Some Girls was an American hardcore punk band formed in early 2002 in California. The group included Wesley Eisold on vocals and Rob Moran on guitar. Their initial breakthrough came when Deathwish Inc. offered to release their first 7-inch EP, The Rains, after being impressed by the band's demos. Shortly thereafter, bassist Justin Pearson joined the lineup, followed by guitarist Christopher Sprague. The band released several EPs, including The Blues, which were later compiled on the 2004 album All My Friends Are Going Death. In the same year, Some Girls embarked on two major tours. In 2005, the band released the EP The DNA Will Have Its Say, and founding member Rob Moran left the band. In 2006, they released Heaven's Pregnant Teens through Epitaph Records. The band toured extensively with notable acts such as Daughters and Converge before announcing their breakup in October 2007.
