Haerts, a German indie pop duo consisting of Nini Fabi and Benjamin Gebert, formed in 2011 in New York. The duo released their debut single "Wings" in 2013. This track gained traction with regular airplay throughout the United States. Haerts followed up with their first EP, Hemiplegia, in October. In 2014, they released their self-titled debut album. The duo's music gained prominence through features in films and television shows such as Carrie, Love, Simon, Pretty Little Liars, and 13 Reasons Why. Haerts continued to tour with notable acts like Rhye, Shout Out Louds, Michelle Branch, and London Grammar. In 2018, they released their second studio album, New Compassion.
