Greg Holden, born on February 28, 1983 in Aberdeen, Scotland, is a singer-songwriter known for his work in folk rock and acoustic rock music. He began playing guitar at age 18 and started his musical career by posting live performance videos on YouTube. His debut album, A Word in Edgeways, was released in 2009. Holden gained wider recognition with his second album, I Don't Believe You (2011), which included the charity single "The Lost Boy." This song topped the Dutch iTunes singles chart on Christmas Day and reached number 2 on the Dutch Top 40. In 2012, Holden co-wrote "Home" with Drew Pearson for American Idol winner Phillip Phillips, which topped the US iTunes singles chart and sold over five million copies. Holden's third album, Chase the Sun, was released in 2015 under Warner Bros Records.
