Ostrogoth is a Belgian heavy metal band from Ghent formed in 1980. The group's initial lineup included Mario Pauwels on drums, Marnix Van De Kauter on bass, Jean-Pierre De Keghel on guitar and Luc Minne as the vocalist. In 1983, Ostrogoth released their first EP Full Moon's Eyes, which led to a signing with Mausoleum Records. Their debut album Ecstasy and Danger was released the following year. Throughout the 1980s, Ostrogoth released several albums including Too Hot (1985) and Feelings of Fury (1987). The band disbanded in 1988 but reunited briefly in 2002 for a single reunion, and again in 2010. Their discography includes the EP Last Tribe Standing (2015).
